Shipping policy

All orders ship to the USA in 5 to 7 business days. Handling takes 2 to 3 days, shipping takes 3-4. We sadly do not have free shipping, because the world is fucked unless you're Jeff Bezos.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot deliver to a different address once the order has been confirmed and shipping has begun. Always double-check to make sure you're delivering to the right address before you purchase one of our products. We do not offer a refund if you mistakenly enter the wrong address. See our return policy for more.

ORDER CHANGES

An order confirms five hours after it has been placed. If you do not cancel or change your order before it confirms, we cannot cancel or change your order. Whatever you ordered, and wherever you have ordered it to, it will be delivered. If you want to change or cancel your order, please do that as soon as possible; either before purchasing, or at least five hours after purchasing. If you need to return an item, see our return policy.

LOST PACKAGE

If you've successfully made an order but failed to receive it, contact our carrier (UPS) immediately. It is completely out of our control once they have your package; it is impossible for us to track your package once it leaves our warehouse.

If you contacted our carrier, and you did not receive a response OR were informed that your package was:

  • Lost in transit/damaged/destroyed
  • Stolen

Provide them with a brief description/summary of the situation, a response from your carrier, and your original order number. If possible, we may be able to send you a replacement item or a full refund (shipping cost included).
