Your order is only eligible for cancellation and modification within 5 hours of placing the order. After that point, the order is locked for processing and you will no longer be able to modify or cancel your order.
In order to help you find the right product, each of our listings on our website has a dedicated section with details on shipping, washing instructions, product materials, size charts, and any other applicable information. If you would like to cancel or modify an order after the original cancellation time, contact shopdillycustomerservice@gmail.com.
We will provide you with a full refund/send you a replacement item at no cost, if:
-What you received was significantly different from the preview shown to you during your order;
-Your package was damaged/stolen because of our factory or carrier;
-You didn't get what you ordered.
We can offer a full refund on items returned in good condition, but only after you've actually received the product. The product must return unwashed, unused and in the same condition you received it. Refund requests can only be made within 14 days from receiving the shipment. If you did not submit a refund request within 14 days, we won't be able to offer you a replacement or a refund. You don't need to return the defective item. Just give it away to someone who needs it more than you do.
We will refuse your package if you send it to us after the 2-week return period has passed. Remember: we will not charge you for any orders cancelled during the original five-hour period of your original order date.
To file a claim, please send an email to shopdillydisputes@gmail.com with the following information (ALL OF THIS IS MANDATORY):
-Order number
-Video or photo of the defective product
-Clear description of the problem
-(If there was a printing error), a photo of the error.
-(If there was a print size or placement issue), a photo of the affected garments with measuring tape, stick or ruler to measure.
-Full delivery address
If your item is eligible for replacement, we will send one to you at no additional cost. In the rare event sending you a replacement product is too impractical for us, we will simply reimburse you the cost of the eligible product, including shipping fees.
